    1. +Kepkaaa I actually have only made 1 dedicated video on this topic and that was a while ago. I’m always evolving and refining my advice. Furthermore, I love showing different examples with lots of different dogs on the same topics and will continue to do this as there’s always a new lesson when you’re working with a new dog. I also wanted to do a more concise video on this topic. Hope this helps!

    2. Pawfessor I’ve watched your videos and agree with most of them, but I think you’re cherry picking. Stating that Zak is a bad trainer and doesn’t care because he doesn’t take on “tough” cases is the equivalent of getting upset at an English teacher for not mentioning the importance of Abstract Algebra during the daily grammar lesson. For most of us, Abstract Algebra is not necessary. Complicated dogs need trainers who are used to dealing with complicated dogs, but for most of us with puppies or non-aggressive dogs, Zak’s training is effective and useful. All Cesar Millan does is work with “difficult” dogs, but he does it in the wrong way. Victoria Stilwell handles a variety of different cases; though I’m unsure where she fits on your scale. I just don’t see where “handling difficult cases” became the standard by which all of these trainers are measured when there does not seem to be a clear answer on the best way to handle that among the community. Zak George is an awesome trainer for people who want to learn basic training and care tips for a dog who would not be considered “difficult,” which I would venture to say is helpful for the majority of us. Putting another trainer down just because they don’t cover a specific topic is petty and doesn’t help your credibility in the slightest…

  1. I very much like that you do multiple videos on the same topic. You always come at it from a slightly different angle. You are teaching in a very effective global way that helps to explain conceptually, not in just a rote manner. For me, this gives me a glimpse into the way you intuitively understand dogs and I love it! Thanks so much.

  2. Damn Zak. Back at it again with working with puppies instead of a serious case dog. Can we just get one video? One?

    1. +Pawfessor Gage I have several videos of working with more fearful and shy dogs (some of which have a history of biting). I have lots of videos working with reactive dogs as well. The reason you don’t see snapping, biting dogs in my videos is because a good trainer knows how to keep a dog from rising to this level.

Prevention, good training and socialization is the name of the game when it comes to raising a well adjusted dog. The more people that have information on raising their dogs so that puppy biting doesn’t turn into more serious biting later, the better. In my last video, you might recall, I began working with Molly who does have some issues with other dogs and I have another episode filmed with her where I’ll offer advice on where to start if one has a dog that gets into fights with other dogs. I’ve also got some more great dogs with issues that you are interested in set up later this year. Hope this helps to clarify. Keep up the good work with your videos Gage.

    2. +Zak George’s Dog Training rEvolution Your responses to the public forums to maintain your good guy reputation is admirable. Wouldn’t want your fanbase to know when dog trainers contact you to do business or work together, you ignore them or how you charge hundreds for being advertised for less than 60 seconds in your videos. I went out of my way to work with you and you acted the way you did. Guess when money is the priority, everything else isn’t important to you? Who knows. My channel is growing quickly though Zak & I have no problem making a Raising The Bone on positive trainers who need to set higher standards as well. ♡

  3. I’m gonna watch every single video of your channel until the day I pick up my puppy. By then I’ll be ready haha
