  1. Despite a lot of negatives comments I have heard about Cesar, I wanted to judge for myself and I have learned so much from this video. Thank you.

    1. This was great, thanks, I have been researching “dog training for home” for a while now, and I think this has helped. Ever heard of – Biyiden Yonsabella Review – (Have a quick look on google cant remember the place now ) ? Ive heard some super things about it and my neighbour got great success with it.

  2. i have to ADMIT im veryy attached to my big boy who is pitbull mixed he is loyal and listens pretty well BUT i DO treat him like a human 😍😣😣😣😣😣😅

  3. People say that Ceaser is to hard on the dog but they have to remember that when he corrects aggresion he has to match his energy to the dogs.

    1. I have never heard of a Cesar basher. Everyone loves him. 20,000 likes v. 700 dislikes — the dislikes are probably people who don’t like dogs.

    2. Who cares what anyone “feels”, a dog is a pack animal, not a person. Cesar is not anthropomorphizing the dogs, he’s utilizing their natural instinct to follow a pack leader. Americans see the dog as a family member, that’s nice and all but they are NOT people. Your dog follows different rules and interprets things differently; such as eye contact. This is why he says recognize that the dog is in order of importance: animal, dog, breed, name.

    3. Speaking of breeds, this is the most high-strung, worst-behaved German shepherd I’ve ever seen. I don’t know how this couple got him into this condition. Was he a rescued pet? I thought German shepherds were supposed to be easier to train than most. I mean, we have a German-shepherd mix, and he just wants to please us. Although, I must say, he almost broke my finger once on the walk, when he took off after a squirrel, so now we just go to the off-leash dog park. But he does behave really well when he has to be on the leash, generally, when we are traveling and he has to be on it.

  4. I am a long time dog trainer and I have learned a lot of incite to a dogs mind from Ceaser I commend him as a person after watching his life story What a good person you are! You have helped people and made a good life for your self against all odds

    1. Mary Bohannan i did with My Rottweiler..It good.for You..and the dog,understand,Much better..so it Nice,to walkman..and you Are came lwhat the dog can feel…**✌

    1. Chloe Haven I am a teacher. The old theories are really the only theories that actually work. But we don’t like to acknowledge that. It’s the same with dogs. After spending a 1000 dollars on a behavioral specialist to help us train our 3 year old rescue I was fed up. Trying Cesar’s tactics, on my own, and having success. Our dog is calmer and getting a lot more positive attention bc of it. Ppl are commenting on how calm her behavior is and she gets a lot more petting and attention from the neighbors and extended family. Don’t knock the old school tactics. Progressive doesn’t necessarily mean effective or better.

  5. I love this guy so much, I’m so sorry for his troubles in life but as expected he has overcome them and moved on to be even better. He is a special man with the Good Lord looking in on him his family and friends. Thank you Cesar!!! You are a bright star ⭐ 🌟 🌠 for us human and pets. Keep shining my friend.

  6. Me and my family loves pets most especially dogs. And I bleieve this THE BEST video I have ever watched about how to train and teach a dog on how they should learn, behave, obey and respect leadership. Great video Cesar keep it up. 👍 👏

  7. hello Cesar this is Antonio Vazquez from San Antonio Texas I am fan of yours for a long time you are my mentor you’re doing a very good job keep up the good work Cesar I wood like to meet you one day

  8. He said dogs run away from home when they don’t know boundaries or who the pack leader is. I guess my german shepherd knows because he escaped from the backyard only to go to the front and scratch on the door lol.

  9. OK I posted yesterday that I would do this method. And I did that very afternoon. Last year I switched from a regular collar to a choke chain. Yesterday I put on a harness and used Caesar’s method with the hiss and my foot and my strong pulling Maltese who is all over the place STOPPED in minutes. I lead the pack not my dog and I am over the moon that our walks can now be relaxing. I am very impressed

    1. cesar; can you or your students please help me, my labrador named katie is afraid of her own shadow, noises of any kind bother her, she usually runs under the bed; just from plates clamking as you empty the dishwasher, i am considering medication for her, to relax her; but would like to try other interventions first, any suggestions?
      Q

    1. Heaven Marie never have children, you sound like a weak individual and we dont need anymore poorly trained children thinking the earth revolves around them

    2. I work in schools, and some people treat pets better than kids, I see the horror of abused children sometimes. We also have children growing up without parents, mom and dad set a bad example drinking, using drugs, not working, swearing, casual sexual relations with people, well what kind of kids do you think you’re going to have? What are you training them to do? Our selfish materialism is the root of all these problems.

  10. he has taught me so much and also created a new sence of purpose. i have currently started to look how to get certified as a dog trainer. after training my own dog to be my very own service dog 🐕.

    1. You dont need a certification to train your own service dog, you just need a doctors note that you need a service dog.

  11. Great video! Most people I know do not have control of their dogs. The dogs are boss! I had to learn to think like an alpha dog to have harmony in my pack. Best dogs ever!

    1. Yes, I have a German shepherd-mix that has a problem of wanting to lunge at people as they walk by on the sidewalk. He looks like a short-haired German shepherd, which is very scary to everyone as he barks, his hackles up, and he just wants to get a reaction. He never bit anyone, and I am always out there with him and yell at him and signal the folks that he doesn’t bite and if they just stand there, let him sniff and maybe give him a pat, he’ll quit. So, that happened many times — mainly I don’t let him go out front was my solution. He was a rescue dog, so I just figured he had some prior issue. My other dog, an Australian shepherd mix, never does this. My German shepherd mix is an old, old dog now with terminal cancer, so it’s too late to do anything about it. I just always was at a loss as to what to do.

  12. The Shepard people have the wrong dog it”s higher energy and the jack russell lady needs to get a spine> just my opinion

  13. What a great trainer Cesar Millan is… I like how he explains why he does what he does, to the owners. I can watch his videos for hours
