  1. Hey I know you don’t know me but to spread the positive dog training message you should try and collaborate with other youtubers as they get new puppies or if they have dogs that they would like help training. I think it would be awesome if you could help other youtubers and reach their audiences

    1. +Zak George’s Dog Training rEvolution Roman Atwood, he got a new husky about 2 weeks ago only……..

  2. Hey Zak. I am trying to get a german Shepherd but my parents say that it is too much work. I am willing to do everything for it so are my parents exaggerating. At least from your videos and my willingness to train it, it doesnt seem “that” hard.

    1. dont u worry u will be a great owner like me i think cuz i got the rarest breed a lhasa apso the most protective breed u will be great i know it good luck ben:D

    2. Ben Jones trust me it hard training a German Shepard but good luck with ur parents 😂💞🔥

    3. Ben Jones Hi. I’m in 7th grade. I have a Husky. He is a puppy right now. I give him bunch of love and affections. He’s hard work but it’s worth it. He’s 11 months and he likes to chew on my fingers, ears, toes, and shoes but I believe if I can do this so can you. I have softball too. But whenever you go on vacations or college you can always have other family members watch him or her while your gone. I do

    1. It definitely hasn’t been hard for me to keep up as of yet, though what I did was that I got my dog as soon as summer started, so I basically had as much time as I needed to put toward training her and making sure she got house broken as quickly as possible, which basically took me putting a dog kennel thingy in my room for all of summer and waking up in the middle of the night to let her out to go the bathroom. Luckily, after those 3 months ended along with summer, everything was so much easier since she was completely housebroken and had begun to get a little less small and crazy. Overall though, I definitely haven’t had any trouble yet, its just that those first 3 months took much more of my attention to really get her into those good habits that stick with them for the rest of their life.

    2. German Shepards are guard dogs but if you want a good breed for a family dog get a golden retriever they are loving and the most wanted family dogs

    1. +Destinee Pham hey ,if anyone else wants to discover how to train my dog try Magonsi Clever Canine Expert ( search on google ) ? Ive heard some amazing things about it and my friend got excellent success with it.

    2. @Destinee Pham interesting points ,if anyone else needs to find out about puppy training classes try Panlarko Perfect Canine Planner (just google it ) ? Ive heard some pretty good things about it and my brother in law got cool success with it.

  3. When I have him hooked onto me with a leash and he throws a fit, do I wait until he calms down or unhook him immediately? What if he doesn’t stop?

    1. MeliorIlle You have to stop. Show him you are the boss and he is not the alpha, he will see that you are the alpha, my response is late

    1. How did it go with your German Shepherd? I have a mix. She’s two months and it’s been pretty hard training her. Maybe she’s too young.

    1. Cos he doesn’t always need to use a clicker to train dogs today he’s specifying in lure training

    1. Noémi Lemonnier wow some ppl are not made for the internet comments section. I’m clearly being facetious considering both dogs look nothing alike. So you and anyone else who thought I was serious are seriously idiots.

  5. Our puppy arrives in 2 weeks time, we love these videos and have bought your book Zak. 9 yr old daughter has been practising what is in this video on her toy dog! Brilliant stuff, thank you 🙂

  6. i work on stay a lot with my new puppy at feeding time. I like to make him sit and wait, not be attacking me — or anyone else — while attempting to feed him. Having a lot of young children around, I find it important he be gentle while taking anything from treats to dinner — and only take what he is given. He’s 12 weeks old now, and I haven’t had a puppy in 16 yrs 😀 Great dog though, your videos have been helpful as we journey through dog training. Whole party of people on the 4th, with kids, a strange new environment, and loud fireworks, and he stayed near me, no barking, performed his new tricks like a champ, & even went potty where I asked him to on command! I can’t ask much more from a dog I’ve only had a little over a week — I think I need to start offering him more treats, even though he’s doing really well already.
